Restaurant Buyer Demographics Report Shows National and
International Reach

Sale Online has over 18,000
registered buyers that are looking
specifically for restaurant related
businesses and/or real estate. Our
demographics report includes all
active registered buyers in our
database and breaks down buyers by
different regions/division. Our
largest region for buyers is the
West at 31.7% of the buyer pool,
followed by the South at 25.7%, the
Northeast at 20.4% and the Midwest
at 11.3%. International buyers make
up nearly 11% of our buyers. The
largest divisions of the regions is
the Pacific West at 26.6% with
California being the largest state
of registered buyers, followed by
the Northeast Middle Atlantic at
14.4% and in third was the South
Atlantic at 12.9%. The largest
international regions included
Europe & the United Kingdom which
make up 39.1% of international
buyers, followed by Canada at 27.3%,
and Australia and New Zealand at
11.7% of the international buyer
pool.
