The company specializes in sales, acquisitions and leasing of restaurants, bars and clubs. The company does appraisal valuations on the latter mentioned businesses and does expert witness work for a number of legal firms. The company also works with financial institutions, hospitality industry consultants and the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court on various related projects. Restaurant Realty Company has grown to be largest Restaurant Business Brokerage, listing and selling more restaurant related businesses than any other brokerage office in the state over the last few years.
