This freestanding restaurant has a long history of success under just 2 owners since 1978. It has excellent access and visibility from Highway 50. It continues to operate as a coffeeshop concept serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining area was refurbished and ADA upgrades were made in 2001-2002. The restaurant has been popular with locals and as a stopping point for Hwy 50 freeway travelers. The owners are retiring so the restaurant business includes all furniture & equipment and is being offered at a reasonable price with attractive long-term lease rates. The restaurant could continue its long tradition as a coffeeshop, but could also be considered as a conversion location for those wanting to capitalize on the location and facility. It would be extremely difficult if not impossible to duplicate the monument signage and exclusive parking capacity in today’s building code and economic environment.
