After a lengthy remodel, this restaurant was opened in late 2009 to very positive reviews and the restaurant has been rapidly building a loyal clientele. This restaurant is located in the established and affluent Carmichael community. The current owner bought an Asian restaurant and then invested another $100,000 into remodeling, mostly for the new hood system, wok grill, and cold table fixtures for storing the ingredients used to create each customer’s perfect combination of a healthy and flavorful dish. Behind the scenes is a fully-equipped kitchen with walk-in refrigerator and cooking line. This kitchen is currently used to prepare the side dishes that come with each meal - soup, rice, eggroll, and wontons. There is plenty of cooking capacity to expand on the current menu if a new owner wishes to supplement the Mongolian BBQ theme with other Asian dishes.
