This upscale bistro is one of relatively few dining choices in the Sacramento community known as “The Pocket Area”. The restaurant was opened in late 2008. This restaurant has earned outstanding reviews and quickly became known for its seasonal American cuisine, drawing customers from beyond the neighborhood. The menu pricing is in line with the type and quality of food served, which translates to being fairly expensive for a neighborhood dining spot. The restaurant is being offered either with or without the current name and menu, with both options at a very affordable price for a fully equipped & permitted restaurant at a location that has proven to be successful for the past several years. Offering a more casual atmosphere and menu with moderate pricing might be a great option considering the economy. This would allow for a strong lunch business, more tables turning, and increased dining frequency for the neighborhood customers. We believe an American grill or Japanese/Sushi concept would be a great fit for the location and a simple conversion based on the existing facility.
